Vivvi News: New Campus Location
Vivvi, a leading provider of employer-sponsored child care and early learning, is opening its first location outside of New York City. The campus in Hartsdale, New York will open in Fall 2023.
The new 8,800-square-foot location will be located at the intersection of several NYC suburbs including Scarsdale, White Plains and Ardsley. It will be easily accessible to working parents across Westchester County.
Vivvi Hartsdale will be the company’s seventh location and represents a new chapter of growth and expansion.
“We’re excited to be able to serve the working families that call Westchester home, including many that moved out of the city during and after the pandemic,” Charles Bonello, co-founder and CEO of Vivvi, said.
Bonello is a Westchester resident and father of three young children. He said he plans to enroll his own children at the new Vivvi location.

Vivvi Hartsdale will offer two floors of light-filled classrooms and a 1,000-square-foot outdoor space and playground.
The location can accommodate up to 100 children, ages 6-weeks through 5-years. It will be open from 7am-7pm, providing parents with the flexibility to drop off and pick up their children before and after work.
Vivvi teachers follow an inquiry-based curriculum that centers on play-based learning with elements of the Piaget, Vygotsky and Montessori educational philosophies woven in.
Through Vivvi’s curriculum, teachers encourage curiosity and align children’s questions with key learning milestones.
“Today’s families are looking for a child care offering that meets their needs from a schedule and convenience perspective but also offers access to world-class educators and a research-based curriculum for young learners,” Ben Newton, co-founder and COO of Vivvi said. “Working parents shouldn’t have to choose between child care and early education. The new Vivvi location will be just 10-minutes from the Hartsdale commuter rail stop on the Metro-North. The location makes it a valuable resource for working parents commuting into NYC.
In addition, Vivvi is already serving a large contingency of Westchester families through its employer partners. Vivvi Hartsdale will provide a convenient option for those families who currently commute into the city for child care.
